The NextGen team at Keller Williams NYC is developing a real estate reality series with HBO as the intended network. Filming is planned to begin in mid-2027.
One of the most famous top actors in Korea and the U.S. today,
a well-known American rapper and a pro athlete,
and a famous Korean actor and singer
01FORMAT
This is not a show built on staged setups and scripts. It is a documentary-style reality series that aims to capture the real day of a NextGen agent as it is.
Cameras follow Jonathan and Liam through their days, showing the deals that close and the ones that fall apart. Each deal is filmed from start to finish in this order.
02KOREAN MARKET
The Korean market Liam covers is planned to have the largest share of filming after Jonathan. Three stories sit at the center.
People opening a business in New York and New Jersey. Owners preparing a restaurant, café or store, from finding the space to opening the doors.
People looking for a home in New York and New Jersey. Buyers and renters in the Korean market finding a place to buy or rent, signing and moving in.
Korean brands taking on the U.S. Brands from Korea opening their first U.S. store and finding their footing.
The series is being developed with HBO as the intended network. The network and scheduling may be adjusted during production, with the final decision made by the production team when pilot filming begins. Casting is likewise decided through the production team's review, so it is not something we can promise in advance.
What we can say is this: we will keep working with the production team so that the Korean-market stories receive an even greater share of the focus.
03NETFLIX
Jonathan appeared in Season 1 of the Netflix real estate reality series <Owning Manhattan>, released in 2024. He now leads the NextGen team at Keller Williams NYC, and this series follows that team's everyday work.
